Josiah's 3rd birthday pictures

Though sick with bronchitis, Josiah still managed to enjoy his third birthday.For dinner we had zhajiang noodles. Noodles are the Chinese traditional meal on birthday. They symbolize long life.

Mom baked the cake and frosted it with yummy frosting and then she had a bakery decorated it--with two LIONS! We were almost too scared to eat them, but in the end we couldn't resist devouring it.Having two lions on his cake finally brought smiles to Josiah's fevered cheeks.
Josiah's favorite part was the presents. He got some pretty neat toys and books!
All in all, Josiah coughed his way through a really fun birthday.
